Holiday Giving on the Low-Low or the No-No

Given the status of the economy (it’s funny how the “experts” have just figured out we’ve been in a recession for over a year or thought it was okay to finally admit it), holiday giving might be less than years before.

Tightening the Purse Strings

In the past few months, I’ve changed my financial lifestyle a bit.

 

For example, instead of going to get my hair done (religiously) every 2 weeks, I only go every 6 weeks and do it myself in between trips. That probably saved me about $115 month (times 12 that’s $1380 a year. On paper that is a little ridiculous.).
